Terms of Service for Briton's Appliance Repair

Welcome to Briton's Appliance Repair ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, scheduling, communications, and any related interactions (collectively, the "Services").

By using our Services, requesting a repair, providing your contact information, or opting in to communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Services

Briton's Appliance Repair provides professional appliance repair, maintenance, diagnostics, installation, and related services for residential and commercial customers. Services are performed at the agreed-upon location and time, subject to availability, parts, and technician scheduling.

Estimates are provided in good faith but may change based on actual findings, parts costs, or additional labor. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins (except in emergencies).

2. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Appointments are scheduled based on your request and our availability.
  • We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee (if applicable).
  • We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, parts availability, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made. We accept all forms of legal tender. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

4. Warranties and Liability

  • We provide a limited warranty on workmanship for One Year  from the date of service (parts warranties vary by manufacturer).
  • We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, misuse, or damage caused by third parties.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Program

We may send automated text messages (SMS) for service-related purposes, including appointment confirmations, reminders, technician arrival updates, repair status, invoices, follow-ups, and (with your consent) promotional offers, discounts, or tips.

Program Description: By opting in, you agree to receive Briton's Appliance Repair notifications and alerts.

Important Disclosures:

  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • SMS Instructions: Text HELP for help or STOP to cancel.


You can opt out at any time by texting "STOP" to our number—we will send a confirmation. After opting out, you will no longer receive promotional messages (though we may send transactional/service-related messages if needed for an active repair). Text "HELP" for assistance or more information.

We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (text, images, logos) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce or use it without permission except as allowed under these Terms.
